Joining our team as a Lead Area Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to create a cohesive, accountable and results oriented community team and drive customer satisfaction.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with the RSM on a weekly basis to receive direction regarding the following:

- Strategies to meet the business plan

- Trends effecting CSI in their region and develop strategies to achieve CSI goals

- Run rates for their communities

- New community progress updates

- Starts issues

- Community issues

- Partnering with Construction Superintendents to create a cohesive and accountable team by driving down to the community team, responsibility, decision making and achievement of goals.

- Assisting RSM in inspection of Sales environment.

- Reviewing Staffing needs and making recommendations to the RSM.

- Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring of Sales Staff.

- Acting as a Community team leader.

- Assisting in CSI follow-up.

- Communicating sales goals to community teams.

- Staying abreast of competitive information and help keep competition information current.

- Pricing recommendations, interim, sales release and lot premiums to RSM.

- Assisting in implementation and enforcement policies and procedures in their communities.

- Resolving buyer concerns.

Requirements for this role include:

- Current Real Estate License

- Prior home sales management and administration experience

- BA preferred

- Computer proficiency

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work weekends
