JOB SUMMARY:     The Corporate Studio Sr. Purchasing Coordinator provides support in the successful implementation of Corporate Studio initiatives including systems maintenance for all options and flooring product management in support of the KB2020 philosophy.  
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Data Management:
o Manage all options and flooring in the new ERP, HB1 & on line studio Envision.
o Support divisions in options & flooring set up and maintenance. 
o Become system expert.
o Deliver training as needed.
o Miscellaneous project work.
* Report Analyst:  
o Provide divisions reports to the divisions to aid them in managing studio offerings. 
o Analyze sales and develop packages for the divisions.
o Aid Corporate studio team & divisions with creating ad hock reporting in support of formulating strategic initiatives and other appropriate options and flooring research.   
* Mics. Work/Administrative:
o Miscellaneous administrative support for the VP of Corporate Studio. Such as create meeting agenda, outlook calendar maintenance, etc.
o Maintain Studio Appointment Preparation Document includes product awareness disclosure etc.
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* High school degree or equivalent required
* Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
* This individual must have strong Excel, Microsoft XP and Power Point skills.  Previous experience working in marketing analysis or retail environment is helpful. The ability to pull and analyzing data from a retail environment is a must. 
* Options data management knowledge a plus. 
* This individual will demonstrate leadership shown by enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, assertiveness and strong initiative, entrepreneurial spirit with strong decision-making and organizational skills, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in some-what virtual environment. 
* Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to work an eight (8) hour day with flexibility for overtime when necessary.
* Ability to work in a fast-passed environment with changing priorities. 
* Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to trade partners and coworkers to reinforce goodwill for the company.
* Some travel required.  Possibly up to 50%
