POSITION SUMMARY:

* Set the Sales vision and strategy for the Division

* Responsible for leading all new home sales activities for the Division

* Leading Regional Sales Managers to attain team performance goals

* Driving Sales results and managing 15 to 20 Sales team members

* Responsible for managing internal agency marketing activities/programs

* Responsible for the development of local and statewide advertising campaigns/programs using print and broadcast advertising, collateral, direct mail, point of purchase, signage and sales office presentation

* Responsible for developing campaigns/programs to increase traffic and sales

* Develop grand opening and community marketing plans, special event programs and special offers

* Responsible for statewide brand standardization, ensuring all marketing plan content and efforts are consistent with the brand

* Manage in-house media-buying and market research functions and departmental budget

* Responsible for competitive market analyses for new land acquisitions and existing communities

* Effectively work cross-functionally with executive teammates in Land, Finance, Studio, Purchasing, Construction, Architecture, and HR to achieve Division's business objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

* Thorough understanding of the new home construction market

* Must have five years experience in the production homebuilding industry and a minimum of three years proven success in managing, training, and motivating top sales representatives

* Previous experience in sales management for a national homebuilder (preferred)

* Skilled in recruiting and retaining "A" level sales professionals

* Long track record of leading and developing teams ensuring a "bench" of talent is available for promotion

* Bachelors Degree (preferred)

* Local candidates preferred
