KB Home is currently seeking a Manager of Centralized Scheduling to add to the team. The job responsibilities include:

- Create and maintain construction schedules in PC Mylar system

- Oversee daily input of lot staging

- Maintain & distribute carious daily operations and community team reports

- Attend daily starts meetings

- Monitor PC Mylar for buyer sales/studio information

- Create and modify reports in PC Mylar & option tracker

- Request and update schedule vendor information

- Conduct regular construction site visits and lot staging audits

- Track and log starts packs and options information

- Monitor and maintain vendor notification process

- Function as a community team sponsor

- Conduct weekly management walks

- Oversee creation and distribution of daily reports

- Assist subcontractors, superintendents, construction management and vendors with questions regarding scheduling dates, tools and notifications.

Requirements:

- High school graduate, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheet and database experience.

- Knowledge of homebuilding process, terms, products and methods.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter with proven organizational and communication skills.

- Previous management experience preferred. ?

- Ability to be pro-active in contributing ideas to the department as well as the company.
