This is a 90-day temporary assignment with benefits. 


JOB SUMMARY:  The Studio Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the studio. This position is responsible for organizing the work-flow at the front desk, scheduling appointments, following-up with buyers, and assisting the consultants and/or studio management with any tasks as needed. The Studio Coordinator must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends. 



Organize and maintain the work-flow at the front desk including, but not limited to:

  • Schedule and confirm buyer appointments 
  • Greet buyers and assist with questions 
  • Maintain studio lot files
  • Answer phones 
  • Prepare buyer files for final appointments 

Administrative support not directly related to buyers:

  • Keep the studio neat and in order
  • Deliver starts packages to the main office
  • Schedule the weekly staff meetings and helping to draft the agenda
  • Update of studio reports
  • Order office supplies 



  • HS Diploma or equivilant required; advanced degree preferred 


  • Experience in the homebuilding or retail industries preferred
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and/or marketing
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish – preferred, not required
