JOB SUMMARY: The DUP Coordinator serves in a dual role capacity by assisting with both starts and closings for the division.  This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, preferred lender and Title Company. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive the daily contract management and closings process – gather and update all pertinent information
  • Assist the Starts coordinator with documents needed to obtain building permits
  • Coordinate all necessary documents, appraisals, and inspections with lenders on pending loans
  • Maintain data entry in Starts and Closings reports 
  • Coordinate and manage paperwork of all closing documents
  • Coordinate contract process, including auditing of all contracts

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
Education:  HS Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:  Prefer at least 1 year of direct mortgage/lending experience

  • Makes quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data and/or metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
