Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an Online New Home Sales Representative to join our team who will have the following responsibilities:


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Learn and adopt KB Home's structured selling process and complete required training through KB Home's online University
  • Conduct telephone prospecting to obtain appointments from various lead sources
  • Perform a minimum of 20 prospecting phone calls daily and maintain a minimum of 10 continuous or rolling appointments per week. As a minimum: 100 phone calls and 10 appointments
  • Work with an assigned Countrywide KB Home loan counselor to qualify all prospects before accompanying prospects to communities
  • Work with all Onsite Sales Counselors to effectively sell inventory homes as a primary focus of sales
  • Maintain a working knowledge of available inventory at all communities.
  • Maintain and provide weekly and monthly personal sales worksheets and track all activities listed on worksheets
  • Utilize Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) and other data driven tools to sell homes.
  • Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
  • Continually demonstrate a Bias for Action and complete work accurately and on time
  • Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Maintain a "Customer is #1" focus
  • This is a 100% commission (against draw) opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish - preferred 
  • New Home Sales Representatives work every weekend, evenings, and most holidays.
  • Willingness to commute to any of our communities in the market area is necessary
  • Demonstrated success in direct sales
  • A 4-year college degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and develop and maintain relationships required
