JOB SUMMARY: Review KB Home’s website and photography content to consistently adhere to all Architectural Guidelines (Photography, Merchandising, and Landscape). Coordinate with outside vendors for various print and digital projects. Create color marketing material such as color books and material boards for various divisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website and Photography Quality Assurance
  • Create a manual of website architectural standards to be enforced across the entire website
  • Edit/audit the website for inconsistencies as it relates to Architecture materials, while maintaining the same standards within all text, photography, and floorplan documents 
  • Work with Production and Marketing to review that every Division’s web pages meet the Photography Field Guide requirements
  • Review photographs submitted on CMS for website approval.
Outsource Renderings and Marketing Materials
  • Coordinate with the outsource company to create 2D and 3D color renderings, web publications, city presentations, and special projects, etc.
  • Audit finished materials and review materials with management for approval
  • Distribute finished materials to the corresponding division and/or architectural personnel
  • Work with management to establish concise scopes of work, project budgets, and maintain on-time billing
  • Review and proofread brochures
Color Selection and Color Material Boards 
  • Develop and edit new and existing color schemes as needed
  • Create and assemble color boards, color books, color keys, color matrices as directed by management
  • Submit final materials to management for review and approval; the Director of Production or corresponding management will submit final materials to division personnel
  • Work with Division and local vendors to verify and catalog current materials, manufactures, and specs
  • Maintain a weekly project schedule to assure on-time product delivery to internal management
Copyright
  • Facilitates copyright registration of KB Home floor plans at the direction of the VP Architecture. This includes collection and preparation of plans, electronic filing/submittal to copyright office, and submittal tracking
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Certifications/Licenses
  • BS/BA preferred 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Indesign
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
